Well, this is not exactly a softball question. Whatever makes you think that I know the meaning of life? I only have unproven thoughts about it. Whether the focus is on spirituality or humanity, however, or any other emphasis, life and all it has to offer can be a treasure. It has been said by someone more astute than me that the expression you only live once is patently untrue. The truth is that you only die once, but life, ah, life you get to live every day. And life should be led as best as one can. For me that means sharing kindness, respecting others, being empathetic, caring for those who need care, and helping those who need hope, with all of that being anchored by a faith (and perhaps accompanied by a few laughs along the way).
